Moot Court is an appellate court simulation! We work on cases that have been appealed to the Supreme Court of the United States. Our members learn about Constitutional issues, legal writing, and advocacy. Anyone can join Moot, especially if you want to work on your public speaking, critical thinking, and writing skills!

Moot Court offers Binghamton students a chance to advance their professional writing skills, become more confident with public speaking and connect with students and professors at Binghamton who share similar interests. Moot Court members also have the opportunity to compete against other colleges and universities where they can showcase the skills  and legal knowledge they have learned from their time in Moot Court! Additionally, our organization is a great option for anyone considering Law School to hone in on their skills and gain legal experience.
